Last weekend I went to Iowa with Matt's mom, aunt, and sister. Jayne, my mother-in-law, grew up on a farm in Oskaloosa, which is still run by her brothers and their families. Our day visit at the farm was filled with sweet corn, homemade applesauce, kittens, baked goods, front lawn family time, and wide open space. That wide open space part was my favorite.
